Weekly Blessings: Week 45: Reading the Word

Hey, everybody! Welcome to “Weekly Blessings!’ We made it to the first week of May!
In looking for what to talk to you guys about today, I was feeling like I couldn’t really figure out what God was wanting me to say. But I kept finding articles and videos on reading the Bible and really getting what you need out of it.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 ~ All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.
Hebrews 4:12 ~ For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Psalm 119:10-11 ~ With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
Psalm 19:7-11 ~ The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes; the fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; the rules of the Lord are true, and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward.
I gathered a few of the things I found to share with you guys and help you get closer to the word of the Lord:
I don’t wanna overload you guys with too much stuff, but I hope you take these articles and videos and apply them to your own reading life. God bless!
