Weekly Blessings:Week 74:Where Do We Go Now?

Good morning, WB family!
Well, I’m pretty certain you already know what I’m about to talk about…..
This election.
This past week, America chose it’s new President – Donald J. Trump. The election of this man sent shockwaves throughout the country and the world – everyone couldn’t believe that this really happened!
Well guess what: It did.
So now the big question is, where do we go from here?
Well, the best advice I have is written in 2 Chronicles 7:14:
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
I also believe that we can take inspiration from Proverbs 3:5-6:
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
The only person who knows what Trump is going to do while in office is God; the only person who would have known what Clinton would have done in office is God. But I can tell you this:
This was definitely a test for America. We are under judgement and this election was one of God’s ways of allowing us to make a decision on where we stood with Him.
Did we pass?
Only God knows the answer to that.
Either way, Christians need to stand up and take back the country. America was a Christian nation – what happened? Christians need to tap into the power of the Body of Christ more than ever now.
We got through the election, but the battle is nowhere near over.
