Weekly Blessings:Week 59:One Accord(Part 1)
Happy Sunday! I received a revelation last night that I had to share!

I’m not even going to attempt to give any sort of background or explanation. I’m just going to tell you what He told me:
The Bible talks about being on one accord, right? We all know that if we are not in the same mind as others, than it’s not going to work, correct? Well let me put you on one small thing:
People tend to forget that being on one accord isn’t always positive.
God put it to me this way:
The Tower of Babel(Genesis 11:1-9) was created because people were of the same mind and on one accord, right? But so were Sodom and Gomorrah.
And the Lord said, “See, they are one people, and they all have the same language. This is only the beginning of what they will do. Now all they plan to do will be possible for them. ~ Genesis 11:6
Think about that. I don’t think God was just referring to physical language either. What about Spiritual language? What were their spirits saying to each other?
Tower of Babel – We’re going to build a Tower to see God!
Sodom and Gomorrah – We’re going to live the way we want and not care anything about what God feels!
They were all in the same mindset! And as you can see in the Scripture above, “Now all they plan to do will be possible for them.”
People don’t understand how powerful they are anymore. If we are created in the image of God(Genesis 1:27), and Jesus said that “the one who is in us is greater than the one who is in this world(1 John 4:4), why wouldn’t we be powerful? Why wouldn’t all of these great possibilities be at our fingertips? Good or bad?
…Because I’m pretty sure satan understands how powerful we are too…..
I’m just going to leave this here for now. We will discuss this topic further next week. Right now I want just you to get the basics down.
